Bowater Credit Union Collections Specialist Amanda Pettit has passed her final exams to achieve Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation.
Certification is an accomplishment she achieved through the CUNA Financial Counseling Certification Program (FiCEP). FiCEP provides certified counselors like Amanda the training to help those experiencing financial difficulties, demonstrate the credit union difference, and reduce delinquencies and charge-offs.
Amanda lives the worldwide credit union motto of “People Helping People” every day through her work at the credit union, and we’re proud of the hard work she has put in to achieve CCUFC.
