Our Core Service provider, Fiserv, will conduct an extended maintenance window Sunday, July 10 from 2am to 2pm EST.

During that window, members will be unable to log in to myBRANCH online and the Mobile App.

We are very sorry for the long duration of inaccessibility; it is neccessary for our provider to securely update their systems in order to continue to provide top-tier technology and support.

There will be no changes made to our system here at Bowater Credit Union, so members do not need to take any action.  myBRANCH and Mobile App access should resume as usual by 2pm EST Sunday July 10th.
