Get Ready! Our 2024 Annual Meeting will be held on Monday, April 22 at Hiwassee Meadowland Park!
We will start serving food at 6:00 pm for a social hour. 2 Dudes BBQ food truck will be catering for us that evening. We will also hand out gifts as you take your seat for the business meeting. At 7:00 pm we will start our business meeting. You will hear from our Volunteer Board of Directors about the past year and plans for the new year, and we will conclude the meeting with cash door prizes of up to $500!
